Description:
This position is for a Sterile Processing Tech II working evening shifts. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required. Candidates with strong skills in cardiac, orthopedic, and neuro tray assembly are encouraged to apply. The role may require floating within specialty areas as needed. Weekend shifts are part of the block scheduling, with every Sunday required. On-call shifts are not part of this role.
Candidates should be comfortable working with various equipment including SPM and Steris V-Pro sterilizers. Experience in acute hospital settings is preferred. Candidates must possess either CBSPD or IAHCSMM certification. BLS certification is preferred but not required. Compliance with vaccination policies will be expected. The environment is fast-paced and requires teamwork and communication skills.
