Physical Therapist

Life Bridge Health, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based care across our regional, nonprofit health system in central Maryland. In this role, you will evaluate and treat diverse adult and geriatric patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and post-surgical conditions, creating individualized treatment plans that restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered culture that values diversity, innovation, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, goal-focused interventions, EMR documentation, patient and family education, and participation in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
