Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to our clients. As a Caregiver, you will assist individuals with daily activities, personal care, and ensure their overall well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in someone's life.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Administer medication reminders as per client's care plan
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning clients
• Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Document client's progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor
• Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
• Respect and uphold resident rights throughout all interactions

• Experience in senior care or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of patient care techniques and principles
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining client privacy
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
