Position Summary:

As an Activity Director, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our residents
• Coordinating with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to resident care
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of activity programs and participant outcomes
• Supervising and evaluating activity staff, volunteers, and interns
• Collaborating with families and residents to identify and address their needs and preferences

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• Previous Experience as an Activity Director preferred
• Must have ADC certification

Work Environment:

Autumn Lake at Long Green is located in Northern Baltimore in the residential community of Stoneleigh and Lake Evansham. Our facility is easily accessible by public transit and surrounded by greenery. We provide a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, with numerous outdoor courtyards, lounges, and patios.

Salary: $20 - $23 HOURLY
