CNA​/GMA

CAS-Homecare Health Services LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate CNA/GMA to join our growing team in Baltimore, MD. • Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
• Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and changes in condition
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote independence and safety
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands to support client well-being
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and supervising nurses regarding care updates
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all state and agency compliance standards

• Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or GMA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) license with the Maryland Board of Nursing.
• Prior experience in total care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Baltimore, MD area
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for caregiving
