Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Epic Minds Therapy is dedicated to helping children with autism and their families access high-quality, compassionate services. We are seeking a motivated and personable Outreach Coordinator to help grow our client base and strengthen relationships within the community.

• Build and maintain relationships with schools, pediatricians, healthcare providers, therapists, and community organizations.

• Promote Epic Minds Therapy's autism services throughout Ashton and surrounding areas.

• Develop and implement outreach and marketing strategies to increase referrals and client enrollment.

• Attend networking events, community fairs, and professional meetings.

• Educate families and community partners about our services.

• Track outreach activities and referral sources.

• Represent Epic Minds Therapy professionally and enthusiastically in the community.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable building new relationships.

• Experience in outreach, marketing, business development, healthcare, or community engagement preferred.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Passion for helping children with autism and their families.

• Reliable transportation for local outreach activities.
