- Outpatient (Days)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist
- Outpatient for a 13-week travel assignment i n Colebrook, NH .
- Start Date: 10/20/2026
- Contract: 13 Weeks
- Location: Colebrook, NH
- Hourly Pay: $ 26.50
- Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1176.00
- Weekly Total Pay: $ 1772.25
** Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD/DURING INTERVIEW WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
** Travelers may not take all holidays off. MUST work TWO blocks (if scheduled/needed):
Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after
** Traveler must be willing to work Labor Day holiday, including weekend before (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during this holiday will not be approved.
** Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluating patients’ mobility, strength, and physical function
- Developing individualized treatment plans to improve movement and reduce pain
- Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques
- Using hands-on therapy and specialized equipment to support recovery
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educating patients on injury prevention and long-term mobility strategies
- Documenting treatment outcomes and patient progress
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
- Pay package details provided upon offer
- Must have a minimum 2 years current Physical Therapy experience ;
NO NEW GRADS - Must have Outpatient experience
- Inpatient experience highly preferred
- Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
- Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills , professionalism, and reliability
- Must be able to work independently/hit the ground running
- Able to adapt to stressful situations quickly and effectively
- Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages.
