What to expect.
This is an opportunity to support the mental health of your clients. You will be responsible for coordinating and providing comprehensive care and support for your clients
.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Coordinating services for assigned clients
, including psychiatric and medical care, housing, entitlements, etc. - Developing individualized service plans with clients based on their goals.
- Providing ongoing and supportive assistance to clients.

The pay range for this position is $20.60 hourly minimum to $23.69 hourly maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
What we need from you.
- High school diploma with 3-5 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree in mental health related field.
- A driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
- This role may have on-call hours.
