Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation at Autumn Lake at Alice Manor. You'll lead the skilled nursing rehab department, balancing residents' clinical needs with staff support and daily operations.

• Coordinate PT, OT, and SLP services, including staffing and caseload assignments
• Guide clinicians through care planning, documentation, and department expectations
• Review therapy outcomes and identify opportunities to improve services
• Work with nursing and facility leadership to resolve care and scheduling needs
• Support compliance with Medicare, PDPM, and applicable regulations
