Senior Medical Science Liaison, Rheumatology - Capitol Region

Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Rheumatology within Johnson & Johnson's Immunology division, serving as a scientific expert to support innovative medicines in immune-related disorders.

• develop and execute territory-specific scientific engagement plans, foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare providers, deliver balanced scientific education, and support investigator-initiated research.
• Maintain current knowledge of scientific trends, evaluate emerging data, and facilitate scientific exchange aligned with medical strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D and Clinical Operations, and support both company-sponsored and investigator-driven studies.

• Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, etc.) with at least 2 years of relevant experience as an MSL, demonstrating therapeutic expertise in immunology or related fields.
• Strong scientific acumen, excellent communication skills, and ability to support a territory requiring up to 70% travel.
• Preferred: residency/fellowship, familiarity with therapeutic area, and experience with AI tools and remote engagement technologies.
