The position performs clerical duties including managing tickler files, conducting reconciliations, preparing reports, and delivering account information to auditors.
Key qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of clerical experience in medical care, health insurance, or state/federal entitlement programs
- Experience with program policy implementation
- Experience with tickler file management
- Ability to conduct monthly reports and daily reconciliations
