Life Bridge Health's Sinai Hospital in Baltimore seeks a Peer Recovery Coach to provide non-clinical support to patients pursuing recovery from alcohol or drug use, while collaborating with the care team to promote engagement and linkage to services.
You will assist in referrals, help develop service plans, and encourage patients toward sustained recovery as part of a multidisciplinary team. Training on naloxone may be provided, and occasional travel could be required.
