Banquet Server; On-Call

The iconic Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking an on‑call Banquet Server to join their team! This 757‑room property is located next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Inner Harbor’s museums, the National Aquarium, and the Baltimore Convention Center are all nearby via skywalk.

With over 120,000 square feet of event space, the ideal candidate has previous banquet‑server experience and strong interpersonal skills. We need someone who is reliable and has a positive attitude.

Shifts may include AM, PM, weekend, and holidays based on business needs.

$7.25 per hour.

As a Banquet Server, you will deliver and serve food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner as part of the hotel’s commitment to outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Set banquet tables to meet function specifications
• Deliver and serve food and beverages, including, but not limited to, meals, condiments and accompaniments
• Ensure menu knowledge
• Remove china, glassware, silverware, etc. from tables at the conclusion of the meal period and deliver them to the stewarding area
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
• Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
• Assist others with side work including, but not limited to, cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
