Job Overview

The Suites Supervisor oversees suites attendants and pantry coordinators during stadium events, ensuring excellent service, cleanliness, and organization. They supervise all aspects of suite operations—opening duties, food distribution, guest interaction, and post‑game closing—while acting as the primary point of contact for suite staff and ensuring suite holder expectations are met and operational efficiency is maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Opening Duties (Before Gates Open)
    • Ensure suites are fully stocked with correct beverage order and inventory.
    • Unlock and organize pantries; stock to par.
    • Check in suite attendants before pre‑shift meeting.
    • Assist in hot food distribution per color‑coded hot box map.
    • Conduct suite walk‑through and reference checklist for full stock and presentation.
  • During the Game
    • Conduct regular walkthroughs for cleanliness, replenishment, and guest satisfaction.
    • Monitor staff productivity.
    • Check in on suite holders, relay requests to attendants.
    • Handle guest complaints; coordinate remakes or management escalation.
    • Assist pantry coordinators during breaks or absences.
    • Keep pantries clean and organized.
  • Closing Duties (After Event)
    • Walk through all suites with attendants to ensure cleaning and restocking.
    • Assist pantry coordinators closing tickets.
    • Collect and organize closing paperwork.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in hospitality or event management, preferably in a supervisory role at a large venue.
  • Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, professional demeanor in high‑pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Physical ability to walk through suites and keep areas clean and organized.
  • Effective guest‑complaint handling.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by stadium schedule.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand, walk, and move throughout the stadium for extended periods.
  • Lift and carry items up to 40 pounds.
  • Work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
