Position Overview
The Banquet, Special Event Chef will play a pivotal role in creating new menus, revamping existing ones and work with the senior leadership team to elevate all aspects of their department.
This hands on role requires strong leadership, team development, creativity, and organizational skills, as well as a passion for high-quality cuisine. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in a high-volume hotel, resort, or convention center kitchen.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of banquet or high-volume culinary experience
- Experience in a hotel, resort, or convention center property required
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for fresh ingredients and quality execution
