Position

Summary

The Concessions Stand Attendant assists in the preparation and staging of all food and beverage items within the assigned location, ensuring quality presentation. They interact with guests, handle transactions at self‑checkout areas, and may perform cash‑handling duties when required. The role demands excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.

About The Venue

CFG Bank Arena is home to some of the world’s most iconic concerts and shows. Responsibilities
  • Ensure all food and beverage products are fully stocked in designated locations.
  • Assist in building orders, preparing food, packaging food, and exhibit knowledge of all areas of concessions operations.
  • Maintain stock and supply levels, communicating low‑stock items to management.
  • Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes.
  • Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly.
  • Verify guest  accordance with state/federal regulations to confirm minimum age requirement for alcoholic beverage purchase.
  • Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Three or more months’ experience in the food service industry preferred.
  • Prior experience working with POS systems or computers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude with co‑workers, managers, volunteers, and guests.
