What

you will be doing:
  • Performs daily building inspections and tours
  • Welcomes residents and visitors, and helps them to and from their vehicles
  • Monitors all life safety devices for Independent and RC residents
  • Fills out daily shift and incident reports. Sends daily to designated people
  • Assists residents with packages when they enter the community
  • Delivers packages to the residents' apartments daily
  • Logs and delivers resident packages
  • Sorts and distributes inter‑office mail
  • Assists residents by occasionally moving their vehicles to their assigned location
  • Provides requested assistance to residents in a courteous and helpful manner
  • Responds to emergency calls from residents and staff and directs to appropriate responders
  • Manages guest apartment reservations
  • Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
  • Ability to uphold our core values and follow policies and procedures
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, senior living, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (typing, email, scheduling systems, resident management software, administrative tasks)
  • Must be able to take the initiative to always find a way to say yes to both our residents and staff
  • Able to handle difficult or emotional situations, shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences, and adheres to residents’ bill of rights
  • Able to work assigned schedules, have reliable transportation, and be on time for scheduled shifts
  • Most importantly, have a positive attitude and be able to smile at all times
  • Ability to stay calm during an emergency
  • Empathy and respect for older adults
  • HS Diploma/GED required; hospitality‑related training preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the community for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds as needed
  • Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
