Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly

Whatyou will be doing:
- Performs daily building inspections and tours
- Welcomes residents and visitors, and helps them to and from their vehicles
- Monitors all life safety devices for Independent and RC residents
- Fills out daily shift and incident reports. Sends daily to designated people
- Assists residents with packages when they enter the community
- Delivers packages to the residents' apartments daily
- Logs and delivers resident packages
- Sorts and distributes inter‑office mail
- Assists residents by occasionally moving their vehicles to their assigned location
- Provides requested assistance to residents in a courteous and helpful manner
- Responds to emergency calls from residents and staff and directs to appropriate responders
- Manages guest apartment reservations
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to uphold our core values and follow policies and procedures
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, senior living, or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (typing, email, scheduling systems, resident management software, administrative tasks)
- Must be able to take the initiative to always find a way to say yes to both our residents and staff
- Able to handle difficult or emotional situations, shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences, and adheres to residents’ bill of rights
- Able to work assigned schedules, have reliable transportation, and be on time for scheduled shifts
- Most importantly, have a positive attitude and be able to smile at all times
- Ability to stay calm during an emergency
- Empathy and respect for older adults
- HS Diploma/GED required; hospitality‑related training preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the community for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds as needed
- Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
