Core Responsibilities

Here is what you will be doing each day:

The Front Office Manager oversees Front Office Operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with Corporate/Franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. You will manage the Front Office Team, providing training, coaching, and support. Communication with all departments is key to ensure customer satisfaction. You will resolve customer complaints, anticipate potential issues by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational issues, business flow, and associate performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality of service.

Does this sound like you?

You have a passion for our industry, set high expectations for customer service, and have at least 3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a hotel. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, strong problem-solving, and a dedication to providing excellent service to guests. IHG brand experience is a plus.
