Job Overview
Must have at least 1 year as a Night Auditor in a Full Service Hotel to be considered. Lord Baltimore Hotel is a 440 Room Historic Hotel. Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of hotel financial and operational records.
Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will contribute to a welcoming environment that leaves guests feeling valued and cared for. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel’s overnight success, combining customer service excellence with efficient administrative management.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and during check-in/check-out procedures, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage the front desk during overnight hours, handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial transactions.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to daytime staff.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations or guest needs, coordinating with security or emergency services as necessary.
- Support guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized service to enhance their stay.
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; FULL Service Hotel, previous night audit experience is a MUST.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems OPERA, Canary Technologies and multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in financial records.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently during overnight shifts.
- A background in guest services or resort hospitality is preferred; familiarity with hotel operations enhances performance. Pay: $19.00 - $20.32 per hour
