Oversee the setup of food & beverage service areas within clubs based on specific event needs;
Ensure clubs are set prior to events and maintain quality and hospitality throughout Premium Club areas;
Supervise team members on non-event and event days and assist with training, inventory, and special events;
Maintain policies and procedures, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and ensure a positive atmosphere for staff and guests;
Monitor and enforce cash handling and alcohol service policies
