Hotel Pro is seeking a Bilingual Hotel Staffing Operations Supervisor to oversee staffing operations and support our team members and hotel partners. You will be the main liaison between hotels and Hotel Pro, ensuring each property has the staffing and support needed to succeed.
Responsibilities include building relationships with hotel leaders, visiting sites weekly, recruiting and onboarding new team members, and ensuring payroll accuracy and HR compliance while promoting a positive culture.
