As a Hospitality Associate – Driver, you help bring the Towne experience to life. Whether parking vehicles, assisting with luggage, or supporting guests, patients, and visitors, you create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences through safe, professional, and hospitality-focused service.
This posting represents multiple Hospitality Associate – Driver opportunities across Towne locations. Specific responsibilities may vary by site, client, and assignment.
What You’ll DoSafely park, retrieve, and inspect vehicles
Create positive first and last impressions
Deliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitality
Welcome andassistguests, patients, and visitors with directions, way finding, and service-related needs
Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards
Maintain organized work areas and complete documentation accurately
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Reliable, professional, and calm infast paced environments
Works well independently and as part of a team
Able to workevenings and/or weekends
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Ability to safelyoperateautomatic and manual transmission vehicles (when applicable)
Compensation: Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, training, geographic location, and other business-related factors. The hourly base pay range for this position is $12-$15 per hour.

Physical RequirementsThis position regularly requires the ability to:
Stand and walk for extended periods
Bend, stoop, kneel and reach
Lift up to 50 pounds
Push and pull carts,wheelchairs and luggage
Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions while entering and exiting vehicles repeatedly throughout the day
