Breakfast Cook and Evening Reception Cook

Meyer Jabara Hotels - 711 Eastern Avenue - Responsibilities:
Operate the breakfast and evening reception areas and serve as the first impression and face of the restaurant to guests;
Assist in service on the floor to maintain a smooth operation and guest dining experience;
Prepare for, maintain, and recover from activities within the kitchen to ensure breakfast and reception areas run smoothly;
Greet and engage guests; maintain the breakfast buffet, breakfast, and evening reception areas clean and organized;
Prepare simple dishes, dressings and foods according to directions and Hilton standards;
Conduct regular inventory of food and kitchen supplies and order items as necessary to maintain inventory levels;
Resolve guest complaints to the satisfaction of the guest; respond promptly to guest service requests
