The Ivy Hotel is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with prior customer service experience, preferably within the hospitality industry, and excellent computer and English communication skills.
You will manage reservations across Rooms, Restaurant, Spa, and Meeting spaces, coordinate with Front Office and other departments, and ensure guests receive outstanding service.
