Overview
Towne Park is a hospitality services company focused on delivering exceptional experiences. This role supports site operations with a focus on guest/patient service, teamwork, and adherence to client standards. The Team Leader collaborates with the District Manager or assigned Account Manager to coordinate and guide the team, resolve issues, and ensure service standards are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities- Ensure guest/patient service experience is delivered consistently across all shifts.
- Regularly perform guest/patient service duties and allocate labor resources to support service delivery.
- Understand and integrate client service standards with Towne Park’s standards.
- Maintain composure under pressure to handle guest/patient complaints and difficult situations.
- Understand the client’s facility details (outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, parking rates, etc.).
- Participate in site initiatives and deliver Towne Park’s hospitality standards.
- Assist with vehicle parking and retrieval procedures, opening doors, and providing directions as needed.
- Conduct effective room presentations for bell services and assist with item delivery/pick up.
- Support hiring processes, onboarding, and ongoing training; promote a positive team environment.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members; lead shift huddles and maintain performance documentation.
- Foster client relationships, maintain regular communication, and align team goals with client objectives.
- Manage scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, timekeeping, and revenue collection; ensure payroll accuracy and documentation.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (preferred). - Licensure/
Certifications:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to pass criminal background, MVR, and drug screen. - Experience:
1–2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Knowledge/
Skills:- Knowledge of GSA procedures.
- Ability to plan, set priorities, and manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Strong work ethic, energy, persistence, and professionalism in changing situations.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and POS applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact across levels and cultures.
- Ability to read, interpret general business policies and manuals; compose professional communications.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
The role involves outdoor work for extended periods and exposure to environmental conditions. Reasonable accommodations will be made for disabilities. Physical requirements include frequent sitting/standing, occasional running, walking, lifting, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently, with other moderate exertion. Visual and motor tasks include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and depth focus.
Travel may be required up to 5%.
