Bar Nuestro is opening in Navy Yard and seeking a Floor Manager to be the heartbeat of the dining room. You will lead the FOH team, set the energy, and ensure every shift reflects Bar Nuestro’s hospitality ethos.
You will run pre-shift briefings, manage reservations and seating flow, and coach servers, hosts, bussers, and bartenders to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Must be able to handle evenings, weekends, and holidays with warmth and precision.
