We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent who brings warmth, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for people to every shift.
Position Summary
The Front Desk Agent is the first and last impression of the hotel experience. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service through efficient check-in and check-out processes, clear communication, and thoughtful, personalized interactions.

Compensation: $17.50 - 18.00 / hourly (experience-based compensation)

Front Desk Agent - Full Time

Position Summary
The Front Desk Agent is the first and last impression of the hotel experience. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service through efficient check-in and check-out processes, clear communication, and thoughtful, personalized interactions.
The ideal candidate is approachable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Deliver a warm, engaging guest experience through efficient check-in/check-out and personalized service
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests promptly, and resolve concerns with professionalism
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, billing, and guest accounts with accuracy
  • Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries in a timely and service-focused manner
  • Maintain organized records and process payments, cash, and transactions responsibly
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Support team members during peak periods and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Uphold Hilton and Canopy brand standards, policies, and safety procedures

Experience and Education

  • 1 year in a front desk position required.

  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
  • Problem-solving skills with sound judgment

  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with property management systems (OnQ preferred)
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing operational needs

Additional Responsibilities

  • The hotel operates 24/7, requiring department schedules to adapt to varying business demands. Employees may need to work shifts outside their preferred or usual hours.
  • Employees must comply with all hotel-established work rules, procedures, and policies, including those outlined in the employee handbook.
