CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry is searching for a Hotel General Manager to oversee a Holiday Inn Express hotel in the Baltimore/Waldorf Charles County area. When joining our team, you will be joining a company who prides themselves with providing exceptional IHG guest love scores, recognizing our associates as our best asset, and providing value to our business partners and owners.
The Hotel General Manager would be responsible for daily oversight of the hotel with exceptional topline revenue, bottom line profitability, STR metrics, and guest service. The expectation would be to enhance the current operational team while improving the hotel Key Performance Indexes. There is also an expectation to become involved with community events to enhance the hotel's local image.
