Primary PurposeThis job will provide functional oversight within the HR Technologies domain working with a variety of HR systems. Manage the priority of requests and leads requirements definition, analysis, design and testing for various HR Technology solutions. The scope includes staffing, employee development, performance management and contributing to the strategic direction for the area. Delivers ad‑hoc data requests and reports for HR system.
Act as a business liaison between HR and IT.
* This is a multiple‑location posting. The selected candidate may be based out of our Exelon Corporate Office locations in IL, DC, MD, or PA*
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with HR Business partners, understand their HR technology needs, and provide strategic guidance to align technology solutions with their business objectives. - Project Leadership:
Lead cross‑functional and SI teams in the planning, implementation, and management of HR technology projects (mergers and acquisitions, HR transformation etc.), ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. - People Manager:
Supervise a team of 2 - 10 support analysts and contractors; providing clear and supportive direction, develop team member skillsets and manage staff performance. - HR Technology Expertise and thought leadership:
Stay updated on the latest HR technology trends and developments and apply this knowledge to provide informed recommendations to clients. - Solution Design:
Collaborate with clients to design and configure HR technology solutions that meet their specific requirements, including software selection, system integration, and customization. - Product Roadmaps:
Defines application roadmaps as a domain SME, align solutions to business objectives. - Data Analytics:
Define strategies for HR data analytics for improving HR processes and decision‑making. - Quality Assurance:
Provide oversight on quality assurance efforts to ensure the accuracy and functionality of HR technology solutions. - Change Management:
Ensure change management is effectively implemented to facilitate the adoption of new HR technology systems within client organizations.
- This position has six direct reports and is responsible for recommending and delivery of HR Technology solutions.
- This position manages projects that that range from $25,000 to $500,000 in cost.
- Operates independently with minimal supervision.
- 4-year relevant degree;
In lieu of degree, 9-12 years of relevant experience. - 7-10 years in Human Resources or IT experience with a focus on HR, Workforce Management, Payroll and Talent Acquisition Technology (CRM, ATS, Onboarding, Career Sites) applications
- 2+ years in a supervisory role
