Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a HRIS Analyst for a Healthcare employer in the Baltimore, MD area. This person will coordinate the design and implementation of organizational business systems to align with strategic goals and operational needs by developing scalable, efficient, and integrated system architectures that bridge the gap between business processes and technology. They will collaborate with stakeholders and other Business Solutions team members to assess current systems;

identify areas for improvement; and support implementation of solutions that enhance performance, data flow, and user experience while ensuring that all systems are secure, compliant, and adaptable to future business growth and technological advancements. The HRIS Analyst will additionally play a role in ensuring the effective delivery of enterprise resource planning (ERP) services and related initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

At least 4-5 years of experience developing, maintaining, and managing ERP applications, analyzing processes and implementing system solutions that address key business objectives, from a functional HR perspective

Functional experience working to support Human Resources processes as they relate to organization wide applications like UKG, iCIMS, Salesforce, etc.

Strong experience interfacing with other functional teams to understand overall support need as it relates to the organizations ERP system

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

-Experience working within Infor Lawson ERP system

Holds any Infor Lawson specific certifications:

  • Infor Lawson System Administration Certification
  • Infor Lawson S3 (Finance, HR, SCM) Functional Certifications
  • Infor Global HR Certification
  • Workday Pro (Audit/Reporting/HR modules)
  • UKG (Kronos) Pro Workforce Management Certification
  • ADP Reporting / Administration Certifications
