The Recruiter is expected to proactively build a pipeline, maintain continuous candidate engagement, and eliminate delays that impact staffing.
This position plays a direct role in meeting daily hiring targets, supporting case coverage, and scaling a new and expanding office. Success in this role requires urgency, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
- Build and maintain a consistent daily pipeline of caregiver applicants through job boards, outreach, and referrals

- Conduct initial screenings via phone or text to assess qualifications, availability, and fit
- Own candidate follow-up from first contact through onboarding process
- Guide candidates through onboarding requirements, including document collection, background checks, and clearances
- Track candidate progress and maintain accurate, real-time updates in internal systems
- Identify pipeline gaps (low applications, no-shows, incomplete files) and take immediate action to correct them
- Partner with the Branch Manager to align hiring activity with daily and weekly staffing needs
- Support staffing efforts by aligning available caregivers with open cases when needed
- Maintain a high level of communication with candidates to ensure engagement and commitment
- Ensure all hiring documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant before candidates are cleared to work
- Maintain a consistent daily pipeline of qualified caregiver candidates
- Meet weekly hiring and onboarding targets set by leadership
- Achieve fast turnaround time from application to hire
- Minimize candidate drop-off through proactive follow-up
- Maintain high accuracy in candidate records and onboarding documentation
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred
- 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare or home care recruiting is a plus
- Proven ability to manage a candidate pipeline and move applicants through onboarding
- Strong follow-up, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with job platforms such as Indeed, Linked In, or similar tools preferred
