Human Resources Coordinator

Job description We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for an immediate start to join our HR team. Based at our head office in Pyrmont, this role will see you challenged while you develop and grow your existing human resources skills. Supporting the HR team you will be responsible for:
Ensuring all interactions with employees are delivered with a customer service mindset Providing proactive and high-quality HR administrative support and coordination Generating employment agreements, variations and accompanying documents Assisting in the recruitment process and coordinating on-boarding and off-boarding Rewards and Recognition administration Ensuring all HR information system and administrative requests are met Skills/Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR administration or coordination Tertiary qualifications in HR or related qualification A professional approach to providing advice and assistance to all Excellent attention to detail and time management Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate with all levels Ability to develop strong working relationships Comfortable in fast-paced environment Previous experience in the hospitality industry would be an advantage Must have full working rights to be considered for this role.
