The City of Baltimore's Department of Finance is seeking a Chief of Human Resources (HR). Reporting to the DOF Chief of Staff, the HR Chief will develop strategies to recruit, onboard and retain staff across our divisions, and will lead the HR function to support agency goals.
This role oversees daily HR operations, conducts data analysis on organizational trends, and implements changes to improve workforce effectiveness. A Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in HR (3+ in supervision) are required.
