Foxhound Partners is looking for an experienced Recruiting Administrator/Coordinators for our client(s) located in the Washington DC Metro Area.
About the RoleUnder general supervision, maintains calendars and schedules interviewing appointments for interviewers and candidates and processes job offers. Enters and maintains applicant tracking system. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 6 months plus of administrative support experience in a busy professional setting, strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and excellent client service abilities with the drive to independently deliver superior results in a fast-paced and demanding setting.
Due to the nature of work performed at this facility US citizenship is required.
- As a Recruiting Coordinator you will support the hiring process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, maintaining applicant tracking systems, preparing offer and onboarding documents, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- One to three years of recruiting, human resources, administrative, or scheduling experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple interviews and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or Taleo
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Professional and responsive candidate-service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Experience supporting onboarding, background checks, and pre-employment processes is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent client service abilities
