We're looking for a People + Culture, Coordinator team member who brings that same spirit of hospitality to every employee interaction. This role is an important part of creating a consistent, thoughtful, and people-centered experience across Atlas - from a new hire's very first day to the many moments that make up their journey with us.

You’ll be a trusted resource for employees and restaurant leaders, helping navigate People + Culture processes while keeping the details accurate, the communication clear, and the experience feeling distinctly Atlas

What You’ll Do Bring hospitality to our people.
  • Serve as a responsive, approachable resource for employees and leaders, providing internal hospitality and helping answer People + Culture questions.
  • Partner with People + Culture Partners and restaurant leadership to support our teams and create a consistent employee experience across our locations.
Make the first impression count.
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding processes from offer acceptance through a new hire’s first days with Atlas.
  • Partner with field leadership to ensure new hires have what they need to feel welcomed, prepared, and connected.
  • Coordinate I-9 documentation, background checks, offer letters, contracts, relocation support, clothing/uniform allowances, and other employment documentation.
Keep the details moving and moving accurately.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of our HRIS by processing hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, pay changes, and other employee updates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation while protecting confidential and sensitive information.
  • Support payroll-related processes and deadlines by identifying discrepancies, following up on missing information, and helping resolve issues quickly.
  • Help keep our People + Culture systems, processes, and records organized, accurate, and up to date.
Support the employee experience beyond day one.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and People + Culture programs.
  • Coordinate Workers' Compensation and unemployment processes, including claims, documentation, follow-up, and communication with employees, managers, and third-party partners.
  • Maintain required labor law postings across all Atlas locations.
  • Support People + Culture projects and initiatives that make our processes more efficient, consistent, and people-centered.
  • Model Atlas values and our hospitality mindset in every interaction.
  • Handle employee information with discretion, confidentiality, and care.
  • Stay current on applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements and help support compliance with company policies and best practices.
  • Jump in where needed, bring a solutions-oriented mindset, and be someone our restaurants can count on.
