Statewide Operations Coordinator; HUMAN Service PRGM PLN Administrator

The Statewide Operations Coordinator serves as a Human Service Program Plan Administrator within the Maryland Office for Refugees and Asylees under the Maryland Department of Human Services. The incumbent coordinates state programming, operations, and humanitarian assistance for refugee and immigrant newcomers, working with public and private providers to ensure vulnerable populations receive essential resources and support services. This role involves planning and implementing state-funded programming, developing procedures and scopes of work, monitoring contracted vendor performance, and liaising with government agencies and sub-grantees to facilitate culturally sensitive service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Five years of experience in the administration of a human services program or conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, and organizations
• One year of experience in the administration of a human services program or conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, and organizations
• One year of experience supporting provision of services to refugee or immigrant populations, including administrative or fiscal operations related to refugee resettlement
• One year of experience with administrative and fiscal operations for coordination of federal and state funds
• One year of experience coordinating federal and state programming for human services delivery, especially for refugee or immigrant populations
