We help organizations modernize their technology, maintain reliable systems, and mitigate cyber risks through proactive management and security-first solutions
- Provide Level 1 help desk support via ticketing system, phone, and email
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and fundamental network issues
- Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint)
- Assist with user account setup, password resets, and device onboarding
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians
- Document solutions and follow IT best practices
- Hardware repair
- Must live in the location requirements areas listed below
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed an IT-related program
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow documented processes
- Computer Hardware knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and reliable car in good working condition
- Experience with help desk or ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Interest in cloud technologies or cybersecurity
- Prior internship or IT support experience (not required)

Salary: $20-30 Hourly
