IT Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic IT Delivery Lead to drive the successful implementation and continuous improvement of software products and technology solutions. This role will act as the central coordinator between internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, stakeholder management, and agile experience to deliver complex software implementations from vision through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison among software vendors, technical teams, business stakeholders, and project managers
• Define and communicate the project vision, strategy, and roadmap to all stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritize/manage the product backlog
• Oversee planning, execution, and reviews of implementations
• Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and delivery progress
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting product delivery
• Manage overall product implementation and ongoing enhancements backlog to ensure successful delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years experience in product ownership, project management, or software implementation
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
