Job DescriptionThe Maryland Health Exchange is seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to manage, support, and maintain SharePoint environments. The ideal candidate will ensure the availability, performance, and security of SharePoint sites while supporting business users.
Responsibilities- Administer and support SharePoint Online/On-Prem environments
- Manage site collections, permissions, workflows, and content
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and backups
- Provide user support and resolve SharePoint-related issues
- Work closely with internal teams to meet business requirements
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are followed
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint administration and configuration
- Experience managing permissions, sites, and document libraries
- Basic understanding of Power Shell for SharePoint administration
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
