Business Analyst​/Project Manager

We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level IT Business Analyst to serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams while also supporting light project coordination efforts.

This is a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Support role ideal for someone who is comfortable working directly with clients, facilitating conversations, and translating business needs into structured requirements and actionable plans. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and confident in client-facing settings.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams (including the same team Trish supports) to gather requirements, document processes, and support delivery execution.

• Engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and solution approaches
• Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions
• Support project coordination activities, including tracking action items and deliverables
• Conduct analysis of operational data to inform recommendations (hands‑on coding not heavily required)
• Develop process flows, documentation, and workflow diagrams
• Assist in drafting reports, risk summaries, and business case documentation
• Support strategic and modernization initiatives through structured analysis and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between requirements and implementation

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or hybrid BA/PM
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting directly with clients
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements in a structured format
• Familiarity with SQL for basic data analysis (advanced coding not required)
• Experience supporting projects in healthcare, insurance, marketplace environments, or other regulated industries preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work streams

• Exposure to marketplace systems or platforms
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Light experience with Python (not required)
• Experience supporting technology modernization efforts

$100K - $115K

Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
