Responsibilities of the Technical Trainer include:
* Train staff in GLP, SOP, and protocol compliance
* Provide hands-on instruction in animal handling, dosing, bleeding, necropsy, and DART techniques
* Develop and implement training programs and documentation procedures
* Evaluate technical competencies and support SOP creation and revisions
Qualifications for the Technical Trainer include:
* B.S., B.A., or A.A.S. in Life Sciences or equivalent lab experience
* Minimum 2 years in a toxicology lab environment
* Proficient in Provantis, animal techniques, and staff training
* LAT/ALAT certification preferred; IRFM certification a strong plus
Compensation for the Technical Trainer includes:
* Rate Range: $65,000-$95,000, depending on experience
* Comprehensive Benefit Package:
Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K, Sick Leave as Required by Law
