Role DescriptionIn this role you will own day-to-day client relationships and ensure excellent delivery across digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who’s:
- Comfortable leading client meetings
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels
- Versatile enough to QA, troubleshoot, and guide next steps
You’ll serve as the primary liaison between clients and our internal team—translating goals into clear plans, keeping work organized, and setting expectations so clients feel informed and confident.
What You Will Do- Own client relationships
: lead recurring check-ins, run strategy conversations, answer questions confidently, and keep stakeholders aligned. - Set and manage expectations
: establish timelines, clarify scope, communicate tradeoffs, and proactively address risks. - Translate strategy into execution
: turn client goals into actionable priorities and clear direction for the internal team. - Coordinate delivery
: create tasks, assign owners, track progress, and ensure on-time completion of all client deliverables. - Build performance reporting
: compile and interpret reports/dashboards, summarize results, and recommend optimizations. - Act as the liaison
: communicate client needs to internal specialists and communicate team updates back to clients in a clear, client-friendly way. - Maintain strong operational rigor
: meeting agendas, notes, follow-ups, action items, and documentation.
- 2+ years experience in an account manager / client success / project manager role within digital marketing (agency or in-house).
- Strong client-facing presence
—comfortable running meetings, presenting strategy, and handling questions on the spot. - Organized and process-driven
—you can manage multiple work streams, deadlines, and stakeholders without things slipping. - Hands on knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as META Ads, Linked In Ads and Google Ads
- Analytics/reporting concepts (GA4 basics, UTMs, conversions, KPIs)
- Experience building dashboards in tools like Agency Analytics
- Familiarity with CRM and lifecycle tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Basic understanding of landing page/CRO best practices
- Clients feel informed, confident, and supported—and renew because the relationship is strong.
- Deliverables consistently ship on time with clear scope and next steps.
- Reporting is timely, accurate, and tells a story (what happened, why, and what we’re doing next).
- Internal team has clear tasks, priorities, and context—and fewer last-minute surprises.
