QA Engineer
(Selenium Webdriver, Java/Maven)

Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid, 3x per week on site)
We're looking for a QA Engineer to join a fast-growing, well-funded Insur Tech scale‑up that is transforming how major insurance carriers modernise their digital platforms.
You’ll be embedded within a cross‑functional product squad, contributing to both manual and automation testing, working closely with Engineers, Product Managers, and Dev Ops to ensure their enterprise cloud‑native platform performs flawlessly across complex integrations and high‑traffic environments.
What you'll be doing:- Executing structured manual QA testing using best practices
- Building and maintaining automation tests using Java/Maven and/or Type Script with Selenium and Browser Stack
- Contributing to and enhancing existing Selenium‑based automation frameworks
- Testing REST APIs using Postman
- Writing and supporting BDD‑style test scenarios
- Managing test cases and reporting in Test Rail
- Logging and tracking defects in JIRA, collaborating via Confluence
- Supporting secure delivery practices within Azure Dev Ops CI/CD pipelines
- Using Git / Git Bash / Git Hub for version control
- Working with Intelli
