Responsible for providing field-based advanced flow cytometry applications support for BD Biosciences Cell Analysis external and internal customers. The Technical Applications Specialist (TAS) uses advanced technical expertise in flow cytometry applications to support business initiatives. This is a field-based position located in New Jersey or New York.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Bachelor's Degree minimum.
- 5+ years of flow cytometry experience.
- Experience in flow cytometric applications is required.
- Flexibility for domestic travel (minimum 70%).
- Valid driver's license.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in life sciences or clinical fields preferred.
- Experience providing onsite technical support and demonstrations for sales.
- Knowledge of Pharmingen and BDIS products.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills.
CERTIFICATIONS:
- Flow cytometry expertise.
