HRIS Business Solutions Architect

CSP has partnered with a healthcare organization in their search for an HRIS Business Solutions Architect. The position leads the design and implementation of business systems that support organizational strategy. This role develops scalable, integrated system architectures that connect business processes with technology. The position works closely with stakeholders and the Business Solutions team to evaluate current systems, identify improvements, and implement solutions that enhance performance, data flow, security, and user experience.

The role will be hybrid in Baltimore, MD.

• Manage all phases of the project life cycle, including requirements gathering, planning, testing, implementation, documentation, and training.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements based on user requests, business needs, and strategic goals for the ERP and third‑party applications.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the ERP and other applications.
• Support and manage assigned stand‑alone applications (e.g., Learning & Development, Time & Attendance).
• Present technical solutions to cross‑departmental leaders and executives.
• Gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Support audit and regulatory reporting by creating accurate, compliant reporting solutions using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and ERP‑native reporting tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience with ERP development, maintenance, or systems analysis. Relevant ERP certifications may substitute for experience at the discretion of the Assistant Director of Business Solutions.
