Job Summary:

ANGARAI is seeking passionate User Acceptance Testerto be part of transformative initiatives and help shape effective, real-world solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to streamline business processes, develop user stories, automate workflows, and enhance reporting through dashboards and data insights. As a User Acceptance Tester (UAT Tester), you will play a key role in validating that government IT systems function as intended before deployment. The position includes preparing test cases, executing tests, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that final solutions meet user needs and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute UAT test plans, scripts, and cases based on business requirements.

Work with analysts and stakeholders to validate that system enhancements meet expectations.

Log, track, and help resolve system issues and bugs.

Support training and feedback sessions with end-users during testing.

Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure traceability to original requirements.

Ensure systems adhere to accessibility (e.g., Section 508) and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience performing user acceptance testing, ideally in a government environment.

Knowledge of testing tools and experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
