Job Description Oteemo is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to support our client's telecom and contact center modernization initiative. This role will act as the onshore technical lead, working in a hybrid capacity and coordinating closely with both our client's internal team and a dedicated offshore development team based in India. The primary focus is accelerating the migration from a legacy Avaya platform to NICE (CXone), enabling new 2-way SMS and converged communications capabilities under aggressive timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the hands-on technical lead for a fast-moving, high-visibility telecom modernization effort
• Drive development across front-end, back-end, and API layers, with strong Dev Ops awareness
• Lead and unblock offshore engineers; provide technical direction without heavy hand holding
• Partner with Product and Agile PMs to iterate quickly and deliver incremental value
• Troubleshoot complex, production-impacting issues ("firefighting" when required)
• Ensure engineering execution does not become a bottleneck to program milestones
• Support integration of NICE CXone with downstream and legacy systems, including but not limited to IBM Z-series mainframes
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and operational readiness Technical Environment

• Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous, high-pressure environments
