Purpose of Role

We are seeking a strategic and curious Senior Manager of People Analytics & Insights to transform our HR analytics function from dashboard delivery to true people analytics. This role will drive the elevation of our data capabilities, creating deeper insights into teammate, team, and workforce behavior, performance, and engagement. As the leader of our People Analytics & Insights team, you’ll be detail-oriented and conscientious, analytical, and curious.

You’ll be focused on solving our future work initiatives, taking a multifaceted approach looking across structural factors, team sentiment and career metrics and organizational outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in industrial and organizational psychology, research methodology, and business acumen to help shape our talent strategy and organizational effectiveness.

Your Impact

  • Translate complex data into compelling narratives that resonate with HR leaders and business stakeholders, bridging the gap between technical analytics and human-centered strategy.
  • Apply advanced research methodologies, including experimental design, survey development, and statistical modeling, to uncover drivers of employee behavior, performance, and engagement.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of technical experts (data analysts, BI developers, and automation specialists), fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT to integrate and interpret data across systems (e.g., Success Factors, LMS, Payroll, Timekeeping, etc).
  • Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions to support workforce planning, retention strategies, and organizational design.
  • Champion ethical data use, privacy, and governance in all people analytics initiatives.
  • Serve as a thought leader in the HR Service Center, promoting a culture of evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or workforce strategy.
  • Background in behavioral science or organizational psychology.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, M), SQL, and statistical tools (e.g., R, Python, SPSS).
  • Strong understanding of HR systems (e.g., Success Factors, Workday, ADP) and data structures.
  • Experience translating complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and change leadership skills.
  • Experience identifying improvements in processes and enhancing the efficiency of reporting functionality and delivery.
  • Experience leading and developing small teams.
