Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Information Technology Computer Support Intern to join our dynamic IT team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in IT systems engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide support for hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address IT infrastructure needs.
• Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Help with documentation of IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT systems engineering.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and server administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with IT systems engineering or related internships.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Power Shell, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
