Senior GIS Analyst – East Coast

Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, development, and delivery of GIS applications and toolsets.
Support and oversee ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise environments, including Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Data Store, services, users, content, and governance.
Implement GIS applications and workflows using ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, Experience Builder, Dashboards, Survey
123, and Field Maps.
Configure and customize Esri Experience Builder applications, including advanced configuration and custom development where appropriate.
Develop dashboards for data analysis and situational awareness.
Configure and deploy field collection apps (Survey
123, Field Maps).
Create and manage Enterprise Geodatabases.
Develop process and data automation via scripting.
Architect efficient solutions and Enterprise GIS environments to meet client requirements.
Participate in client meetings and perform demos of developed tools.
Provide technical guidance, quality control, troubleshooting support, and mentorship to GIS analysts and project teams.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8+ years of professional GIS experience using the Esri ArcGIS platform, including:
- Use of and management of GIS with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Administration and configuration of ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Hub, and Datastore.
- Configuration and customization of Survey
  123, Field Maps, ArcGIS Dashboards, ArcGIS Web App Builder, and ArcGIS Experience Builder.
Production experience with Python and ArcGIS API for Python and Arc Py.
Production experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server geodatabase management / SQL querying multi‑environment setups (Dev, Test, Prod).
Experience creating geoprocessing services using ArcGIS Pro Model Builder and ArcGIS Pro Python Toolbox.
Successful deployment of configured Apps with ArcGIS Web App Builder and Experience Builder Developer editions.
Client–focused and service‑oriented.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of GIS experience.
Prior experience with Safe Software FME, Esri Roads and Highways, Python, or Arc Py.
Customer‑facing role experience.
Experience leading a project team.
ArcGIS Enterprise installation and setup.
Python scripting for data ingestion and normalization.
Proficient with ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise.
JSON Data & Files.
Custom widget/theme implementation in ArcGIS Web App Builder/Experience Builder.
Troubleshooting and optimization using ArcGIS Server Manager and Monitor.
Knowledge of deploying/troubleshooting standalone applications to IIS.
Familiarity with Postgre

SQL/PostGIS geodatabases.
Experience in Transportation or AEC industries.
Reside on the East Coast or comfortable operating in Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $90,000 – $115,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
